"Cry Out To Jesus"

Cry Out To Jesus - Third Day (2005)

"To everyone who's lost someone they love
long before it was their time. You feel like the
days you had were not enough when you said goodbye."

Chorus:
"There is hope for the helpless, rest for the weary, and love for the broken hearts. There is grace and forgiveness, mercy and healing He'll meet you wherever you are.Cry out to Jesus. Cry out to Jesus."

You know how songs can be played at just the right time that you need them?

Well............this song came on while I was heading to the cemetary for the service for the twins this past Tuesday. And as it came on, I was exiting the highway to get onto 84th Street and thinking about how perfect the timing was for the song, and how appropriate that song was for the day.......I was deep in thought.....I came up to the red light at 84th Street - looked both ways - and then turned..................LEFT!

Ooppss.........I immediately thanked God for the safety He provided for me! Goodness...... whew....

Anyway, the service was sad, but it went well. The two pastors that officiated the service did a wonderful job. One of them delivered a message of hope - Telling of how Isaac and Luke are in the presence of God's glory, and that the life they know is normal to them. They went from the comfort of the womb into the presence of God. And he said that someday they will be showing us around Heaven. :)

As I was sitting here writing, another thought came to mind. When we try to think about why God took those babies home to Him, and we ponder the possibilities of the unknown, I began to think of it in a different way. Isaac and Luke were perfect and healthy little boys. They had strong heartbeats, arms, legs, 10 tiny fingers, 10 tiny toes......they had eyes, noses, and mouths.........I believe God has big plans for them in Heaven. I believe they were perfect, and God needed those strong boys to do something in Heaven. He used Seth and Sarah to create Isaac Robert and Luke Alan for Him and His glory!
